Casa Motta is a boutique cheese producer in Brisbane. We specialise in stretched-curd cheeses that are fermented and hand-stretched in the authentic Italian way. We strive for a wholesome, fresh and sustainable approach using only Queensland milk direct from the farmer. Our passion for buffalo mozzarella, handmade cow’s burrata, creamy ricotta and other such Italian delicacies can only be achieved by sourcing the best core ingredient - Queensland milk.

The impacts of the supermarket milk price war have forced down milk prices to farmers to the point where the majority of dairy farmers are making a loss, with more than 80 dairy farming families exiting the industry from Central Queensland over the past 10 years.

To take control of the supply chain and offer a sustainable price to dairy farmers, a group of Central Queensland dairy farmers are processing their own local milk under the label Central Queensland Dairy Fresh and Whitsunday Dairy Fresh.

The 4Real Milk story is all about our family and yours, and wanting the best for both. In 2013, we, the Dennis Family, decided to set up our own milk processing facility on our farm and the “4Real Milk” label was born.

The goal was to provide the freshest, highest quality farm gate fresh milk (with nothing added and nothing taken out) for everyone AND pay the farmers a sustainable farmgate price for their milk.

Maleny Cheese Boutique Cheeses has been operating it’s boutique cheese and yoghurt factory in the Sunshine Coast hinterland town of Maleny since 2004. We uses milk from exclusive fresh milk suppliers in the local area. We have grown to become a well known brand around Queensland and Australia. The rolling green hills of the Maleny area has been a dairying region for over 115 years, we are a trusted source of natural dairy products of excellence. Our handmade range of cheeses boast high quality and authentic flavour. Our yoghurt range included award-winning Greek-Gourmet-style as well as delicious tub-set Swiss-style.


Our family—the Hoppers—have owned, lived on and worked the main Home Farm for four generations, ever since 1948. In response to the deregulation of the dairy industry, in 2000 we built our processing plant to bottle our own rich, creamy milk from our herd of Guernsey cows.

These beautiful girls are revered for their premium quality milk that’s high in protein and butterfat. Indeed, our Guernseys really are the stars of the show, so our philosophy is to look after them and keep our process as natural as possible. For that reason, we don’t standardise our dairy milk or add anything to it. We’re pretty sure that’s why it tastes so good!

Olympus Cheese have been handcrafting award-winning Mediterranean cheese and yoghurt since 1974. Situated in Coorparoo, Brisbane they are passionate about quality and use only the best milk sourced from local farms.
