The program offers producers with the opportunity to attend workshops, field days and farm walks to learn more about new technologies and equipment, and strategies which can be implemented to improve water use efficiency and productivity.
All Queensland dairy and commercial fodder producers are encouraged to take part in the program, and can do so by contacting the QDO on (07) 3236 2955, or by email reception@dairypage.com.au for more information.
The program is funded through the Queensland Department of Environment and Resource Management’s Rural Water Use Efficiency and South East Queensland Irrigation Futures program, and is supported by the Department of Employment, Economic Development and Innovation, Queensland.
