Getting Started: Farm Starter Safety Kit workshop – Toowoomba, Darling Downs

A short workshop for dairy farmers taking you through the practical, easy-to-use resources to enable you to get your Farm Safety System started, or improve the existing system.

Bill Youl, Dairy Australia Program Manager - Industry Workforce Planning and Action, will facilitate the workshop focused on Dairy Australia's Farm Safety Starter Kit.

What you can expect during the workshop:

  • Discuss safety with other dairy farmers and farm safety experts
  • Learn how you can use the Farm Safety Starter Kit on your farm
  • Identify your safety priorities & how to take action
  • Receive a copy of the new Farm Safety Starter Kit

A second workshop will be offered later to those participating in this session, which will guide you through the process of developing a Farm Safety manual for your own business.
